1.Customer registration is completely free of cost.

2. To join the Inzanio program, individuals must be at least 18 years old and agree to the terms of this agreement.

3. The daily closing and calculation cutoff time is 11:59 AM

4. Withdrawals can be made an every Wednesday.

5. The minimum withdrawal amount is set at Rs. 500

6. Basic customers are not eligible for premium plan incomes.

7. Premium customers are not eligible for basic plan incomes.

8.To avail of both basic and premium plan incomes, customers must activate both plans under a single ID.

9. To earn repurchase income, customers must have an active basic or premium plan.

10.Every month, customers must achieve a minimum of 1000 IP in self-purchase volume to qualify for the monthly volume bonus, leadership bonus, rewards, rank, and royalty.

11. The company reserves the right to terminate a representative's account for violations of terms, unethical practices, or inactivity.

12. Sub-entries can only earn the Startup Bonus and do not qualify for other incentives like the Monthly Volume Bonus, Repurchase Income, Leadership Bonus, Ranks and Rewards.

13. Customers must provide a mobile number and Aadhar number for verification.

14. Customers are required to upload a clear color copy of their PAN card and bank proof (Bank Statement, Passbook, or Cheque leaf).

15. 5% TDS and 5% Admin Charges will be deducted from all payouts.

16. The company can adjust the binary tree income structure to keep the compensation plan fair and stable. This may include limiting or cutting income from any part of the binary tree if it threatens the balance or fairness of the program.

17. Commissions are earned based on product sales and team performance. Payments will be made monthly, calculated from the earnings generated by accumulated points in IP or AIP.

18. Earnings depend on the individual's effort, sales, and team growth. The company does not guarantee any specific level of income.

19. A maximum of three IDs are allowed per individual using the same PAN card.

20. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are damaged during transit or if the customer is not satisfied with the product. Upon approval of the return, any commissions or bonuses earned from the sale will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that return shipping costs may apply, and refund processing may take up to 10 business days.

21. Products should not be sell on online platforms. If found, the distributor ID will be terminated.

22. In the case of death or incapacity, the business may be transferred to a designated nominee, subject to company approval.

23. The company can change its compensation plan at any time, and these changes will take effect right away for both current and new participants. It's your responsibility to check the plan and terms regularly for any updates.

24. Only approved marketing materials and methods may be used to promote the company's products and business opportunity.

25. All members are independent representatives, not employees of the company. Representatives are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with local laws.

26. Representatives are prohibited from making false claims about the company's products or income potential. Engaging in unethical practices will result in termination.

27. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration, as per company policy.

28. To qualify, the first pair needs a 2:1 or 1:2 sales volume ratio, with one leg having double the volume of the other. After that, each pair need 1:1 ratio, meaning both legs must have the same volume.
